At Koshi Flavours, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality, fresh makhana products from the heart of Bihar. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our refund and return terms below.


Returns Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product was damaged in transit.

  • The item is expired or unfit for consumption upon delivery.

Note: Opened or consumed items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety concerns.

? Refund Process

Once we verify the issue, we will:

  • Issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method, OR

  • Offer a free replacement based on your preference

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.


? Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Orders placed by mistake

  • Change of taste preference

  • Opened or tampered packs


? Shipping Costs

If the error is on our part (wrong or damaged product), we will cover all return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (if approved).


ℹ️ Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, as we ship fresh batches quickly. After dispatch, cancellations are not accepted.
